Educating the Public

There are various ways in which the public is educated about boating and boating safety. This flotilla maintains booths at fairs, teaches classes at  local schools, distributes literature at local marinas and boat dealers, and teaches the basic seamanship and safety course 3 times a year. Many of the  members spend a great portion of their time in the area of educating the public. The following photos depict some of this labor.
